Do you get mad at movies not allowing early reviews too? Wait a day, a week, whatever and you'll get your answer on whether it's worth it.
Some people just can't wait
Agreed - Looks more like Crash 1 case which is full of nostalgia.
No CTR will seal the deal!!
Totally agree - Ghosts was boots on the ground and it got slaughtered.
Agreed, colour me impressed!
I know I'm hoping they announce a CTR remake !!
Bring it on
Just like watching murder in CCTV versus a CSI show, your brain can tell the difference.
Hi AKR,
Let me rephrase that in a more mature way. I feel the video game industry gets a bad rap from the general media, and I think most of it is undeserved. I am guilty of not reading your article, only the headline, which does make me slightly moronic like a lot of people on N4G who don't read the article.
I think COD glamorizes war more than BF, which is more gritty. I'd hate for there to be regulations on the hobby I enjoy, which is why I reacted with hostility...
Yes and maybe people work 60 hours a week and don't have time for an RPG and want a quick shooty shooty!
Lord I bet the author is part of a Parent Teacher Association. Quit knocking the genre, go play Skylanders if you have an issue with it.
No squads in COD just lone wolves!
Don't cheat yourself out of a fun time because they won't miss your $60.
Production costs have gone up but the price of games has stayed the same, if they want to stay in business it needs to be done.
This is the first on 5 years I've gone to BF over COD. Steep learning curve but worth it if you can get it down!
Doesn't make any sense*
Does it have staying power guys?
Yes it was! Sneaking about.
Thanks all - I always enjoy seeing friendly banter on this site. @Godmars290 I am holding off until I see the games more than the specs-I'm hoping to be nicely surprised. Shame it's so early for us Westeners. Guess we get spoiled at E3 so can't complain too much
On another note, I think it's a testament to the industry that games are still $60 despite higher production costs. Now that would be more anti-consumer.
