You ppl forget that Nintendo always price their products significantly lower than the competition. It's seems Nintendo is trying something new by having a expensive product that will keep alot of ppl away.
Let's see how Nintendo does when the 3DS is $50 or equal the price of PSP2. In the end 3DS might win but i guarantee the gap between the sales want be like DS vs PSP.

im glad i was borrowing games from people as N64 games didn't last. example is WCW/NWO Revenge and WWF No Mercy, those games were superb but gets stale overtime. Now i blame Nintendo using cartridges as those games will be more expanded if were CDs instead.
I have my cousin's copy and the 2 things I hate is the long load times and the car handling sucks. But overall, its a solid game. who wants to play a few laps?
Im sure Microsoft has been looking into it these last 5 yrs. Personally I think handhelds have a better future than consoles. One of my arguments is consoles game prices will get higher each gen. PS1 games were $39.99. PS2 games were $49.99 and PS3 games are $59.99. $69.99 for PS4 games sounds scary.
On the other hand these games will have portable version at a cheaper price.. PSP1 already has PS2/PS3 game quality but PSP1 had limited controls. This wont be a problem with ...
Sports games this gen sucks. Madden hasn't been good since 2004, 2K11 is still flawed and The Show hasn't been impressive to me since I got 07 for PS2.
Most people will say NHL 08-11 is innovative but i'll take NHL 2000-2002 and it's controls scheme any day.

anyway at Spidey AI, PS2 games dont look as bad as you describe. I have BC and HD remakes is a waste of money as i dont care about trophies.

Video Game stories are horrible. MGS1 Is only game I really was impressed with its story and cutscenes.

Did they ever profited from that? EA spent loads of cash for the exclusive rights and i think I read at the time EA had to sell tons of Maddens each year to make their money back.
