I think what we are seeing is a list of dev studios vs their Parent Company/Publisher.
IE, Ninja Theory=Capcom, 2K Games=Take-Two, Mercury Steam=Konami, and so on.
I like how he talked about pulling from Ninja Gaiden and GOW, but with the number of times he said GOW it really worries me that there might be QuickTime events (I really hate QT events).
If's it like NG and GOW w/o QT events, plus throwing in some CV2 Simon's Quest kind (and current Gen Ninja Gaiden) RPG stuff, then I'm gold ;)
One thing to note as well is that all the top games they listed for all consoles to prove higher Wii game sales shows that on the Wii side only Nintendo it's self is making money, none of the titles listed are from 3rd party game companies. very few 3rd party games sell well at all on the Wii no matter how good or bad the game is.
And right there is a perfect example as to why she took a step back from the press.
She was being judged for being a women and her looks and not her developer talent and brain.
If I was a women in that situation I would have done the same.
I'm getting so sick of gamers these days complaining about how hard games are.
Grow a set!
Ninja Gaiden I and II (Xbox 3D remakes) were the best two games I played in years.
SFIV is also a fraking godsend (I never thought I would see the day) as is HD remix.
This just goes to show how weak this gen of gamers are if they can't hang with these kind of games.
If you can't hang with the big kids then don't buy the game, and if you do buy it don't dedica...
Capcom is thinking that if they put her on the cover of the game that more people will give two sh*ts about the Chun Li movie that is to hit the US at the same time of the games release.
This will also work the other way around in sales for people that have never played Street Fighter but end up likeing the the Chun Li based movie.
Lame!
Now, how would this damage console sales?
I could see it hurting game sales but if anything I would see it increase consoles sales not hurt them.
Maybe I'm missing something (insert confused look).
lovedaddy: I agree 100% with both.
But just having proper h.264/mp4 support to start will help out big time.
I had no problems with older FW's (I can not remember which one broke it off the top of my head) and it's said that I can play back almost everything under the sun (with the exception of MKV) on my 360 but not my PS3. Especially when it was able to do so at one time just fine. I think the main reason I complain so much about it is because playback looks so much better on my...
Here is my list...
1. Bring back h.264/.mp4 video support for video's that used to play back just fine in older FW's and now show as being corrupt or unsupported. Also fix the stuttering play back issue with the ones that do work.
2. Enable the ability for your PS3 controller to automatically shutoff after a period of no activity to save battery life.
3. Offer Black as one of the color background options (for the nitpicks. Yes, I know black is the absence of color so don't s...

It soon will be ;)

I agree 100% about the ads, especially seeing that I'm a paying gold member!
I could understand it if I was a silver member but a gold member should not be subjected to such things.
I pay nothing on my PS3 and the only ads I see are when I go into the store section and they are only ads for games and related PSN things, not Old Spice and crap like that. Granted, we will see how long that will last. But I do not see Sony putting anything on the front/core XMB as far as ads g...
I agree, I got my hands on the Japanese release and it was nice to see it in full color.
There is enough room on a BDR disk, why don't they just put both movies on one disk as the film was originally intended to be released before marketing cut it into two?
Yeah, thats the only down side to this whole thing.
I love his games (BIG NG fan! Have been since the NES days.) but I would very much like to see some of his talent on my PS3 as well and not just my 360.
Itagaki and his best "comrades" are Team Ninja and Team Ninja is Tecmo.
Take a good look at Tecmo's site and the games released in the last 10 years or more.
I would not be shocked that if Itagaki and his comrades win they will not only make enough to start their own studio but, coupled with the investor's notifications scandal Tecmo will be worth so little that either Itagaki and/or MS can gut Tecmo for the NG and DOA IP's or buy the company outright and fire the...
That article is wrong.
If Ono is trying to get the full Street Fighter 2 Turbo cast in SF4 then he has already done so.
The other fighters they listed are not from SF2T but are from Super Street Fighter 2 and SSF2T.
I have been reading so many articles on SF4 as of late that has so much misinformation is not even funny.
I'll play, Ones I would like to see…
1. Batwoman
2. Robin (Damien Wayne. With his katana)
3. Raven
4. Swamp Thing
5. Starfire
Runner ups:
Red Hood (Jason Todd)
Power Girl
Talon or Strix (Court of Owls)
