This is not news we know this for months already Since 2012 those were the rumored specs and were confirmed from Sony in February and this was indirectly confiriming Xbox specs since they came from the same source. Also Mai after the Xbox reveal we knew that they were true. As MS spilled the beans to some journalists after the show.

No you are mixing something up. Double precision does not mean twice the single precision performance. Actually its often way higher than that and also depends on the architecture.
But in the case of rumored Durango 1.24 Tflop vs 1.84 Tflop PS4 its single precision vs single precision. Infact the fastest card the AMD HD 7970 has 3.7 Tflop single precision and not even 1 Tflop double precision.

Like the post above mine said. The Title is misleading. Some people dont seem to understand what was done here and probably wouldnt even be able to recognize the difference rightaway. The differences are not obvious and refer to the quality the videosignal gets through the mods.

They coukd also somehow make it better to determin if someone is lying on the floor or dead. I wasted so much ammo shooting corpses. Knifing is a problem too even if I practically am lying on the enemy I still need 2-3 stabs to hit him.
Tune down the lightsources on PS3 a little it overshines the whole picture sometimes.
Also destruction animations are looking cheap compared to BC2.

Havent played GoW and have no 360. So cant say how it measures up to other Xbox Titles but to say the UE3 is outdated was weak. The UE3 changes and improves constantly. UE 3 from 2011>UE3 2008

Even though consoles partially have some good textures, if he would have been honest places 1-10 would have been reserved for 10 texture mods on PC.

Lone wolfing aka Sniper in the Hills snipping and calling airstrikes works if you are good. I saw it working (Have 50 points with recon so no personal experience)

Cheap Ass PC Components ? What are you talking about ? Its DDR3 from Corsair thats high quality PS3 still has DDR2 based memory except XDR which is older/slower then DDR3. The customized parts Sony uses are just as cheap as the cheapass PC components. The Cell was 100+ like found in the PS3 I substituted it with a IBM Power 7. Also the GPU the PS3 uses is a modified 7800 from Nvidia nothing special here it was maybe 100. I substituded it with a GTX 480 GPU thats a perfectly fine choice.
1080p and 60 fps is not enough to be a next gen. Good AA is necessary way more ram bandwith to get more details more physics high res textures like the texture mods on PC higher draw distance would be nice too. Better AI routines better lighting dynamic shadows. More animated objects at once. Next gen isnt just 1080p and 60 fps. I dont want to play enhanced PS3 games. I want NEXT GEN games. That is what they need to achieve, to make a next gen and not a PS3.1.

Yes RE 2 was better then RE 1. Its one of the best games ever made. Only down side are the ugly backgrounds by todays standards. Hopefully we will see a remake with new backgrounds.

You can not simulate optically being high its a feeling caused by neurotransmitters in your brain. Its actually impossible to describe and until you do it yourself you will never know how it feels. Even the visual part of being on LSD, seeing it (a crude aproximation) gives you no idea of the drug. Because this it not how you perceive it.
