I still play it for 2 months and don't complain about it. I've NEVER spent $120 on a Call of Duty game. I think that's more of a personal choice. Activision isn't holding a gun to anyone's head demanding for DLC purchases. If you're one of those people that have spent that kind of money then I apologize. For everyone else, I'm sure it's their choice to spend that money and IF they do spend it it's because they WANT to spend it because the enjoy the game eno...
TENCHU! YES!
I love how people click the Call of Duty articles just to write the usual "waste of money" "same old thing" comments. Shut up. We got it. You think the game is a waste of money. You think these games are all the same. You know what's also the same? Taking the time to click every single Call of Duty article to write how each game is a waste of money and is the same.
On another note, I've been enjoying Call of Duty a little more lately than I have in...
I gave you an "agree" because I understand the frustration but I've never actually had a hard time with Rom. I usually avoid the spiders altogether and go straight for Rom whenever I have an opening. During Rom's first phase, I kill the spiders and attack him. When he disappears and reappears with new adds, I just run around until I see an opening and strike him. Try that if you're still stuck. :)
I really wish I wasn't so young when I first got my hands on Demon's Souls. I remember getting to the first boss, instantly dying and driving back to GameStop to return the game completely oblivious to the fact that I was made to die to progress the story. Never actually experience Demon's Souls. :(
Jingle the bell for some help. The only thing the game asks of you is to get to the Cleric Beast boss on your own. The rest you can play cooperatively with a friend. I don't know if N4G has PM ... if it does, link up with me and I'll give you my network password so you can call me for help. I love helping and running boss fights with people.
As long as it keeps the difficulty and challenge I am all in. Though I'd much rather see Dark Souls 3 or Demon's Souls 2 next.
Final Fantasy 7 is my favorite but Final Fantasy 6 & 8 have a special place in my heart as well. I loved Final Fantasy 9 and 10 was also one of my favorite PS2 games. For a gamer that's never played any Final Fantasy games I would have to recommend 10. Some of my friends say the older ones feel way too dated. I don't see it but I'm sure it may look like that for those who've never played Final Fantasy before/
I don't get why people say DS2 isn't a good game. It's a fantastic game! Granted, I actually never picked up the first Dark Souls during its initial release though I have played it. Had I played DS1 before DS2 I would probably say DS2 isn't as great but I can't agree that it's a bad game. It's an extremely punishing game with an incredible story just like all of the other souls games. The only thing I think I would have a problem with is the graphics downgrade. I s...
I've never actually understood the excitement for these Ratchet & Clank games but I am somehow excited for this release. This will be my first R&C game so I hope it does it justice.
This is so true. I'd like to think that From Software does a version of this with their games be it losing all of your souls or blood echoes. It's a new "game over" message. What you're saying is so true though. Back then you'd lose all of your lives and depending on the game you would have to start from the first level. That was brutal. I guess in a way these From Software games aren't all that difficult after all. :)
Not an apologist. I'm not justifying anything. The only issue I have is with people that constantly complain about every little thing in a game. The game is a great piece of work. We live in a generation where games are released at 90% at their best. It's sad but true. If this wasn't the truth there would be no patches for any games but sadly there are. I'm not okay with games being released with bugs and issues but it comes with the new hardware and has been the issue since l...
I've also played The Order ...or should I say I've watched The Order and I agree. The Order looks AMAZING but there is no doubt that Bloodborne has its own unique look. I can appreciate The Order for its graphical advancements but I can say that Bloodborne is BEAUTIFUL in its own respect.
It's so ridiculous how people automatically shoot down a game for having minor issues (issues that can be rectified with a patch). Bloodborne is ONE of the nicest looking games on the PS4 and the only issues I've had with frame rate occur in Old Yharnam. Let's be honest guys, unless this is your first From Software game you shouldn't be surprised that the PVP is a bit off balance with frame rate and lag issues. Not a single game since Demon's Souls has perfected PVP. The l...
Oh man, it was extremely difficult to even get into a server in the first place. You would have to spam the JOIN tab for about 5 minutes straight to even get in. Once you got in you would either get booted immediately after or run around not knowing that you were actually disconnected the whole time even though the game let you run around making it seem like everything was okay. You couldn't open doors or pick up items in certain servers and it wasn't even due to lag input. The bigges...
People treat Early Access games like they're official launches. It's a pre-alpha at best and it has done a lot of good since then. People complaining about pay-to-win are ridiculous. You call down a care package and literally EVERYONE on the map runs to the smoke. When you get there, you have about 5-6 other people already trying to kill each other over the package and on top of that you have to fight off swarms of zombies. Come on guys! It's so easy to read an article and jump on...
I don't know where you come off saying DayZ was a functional game when it launched on Early Access. I purchased DayZ a day after its initial release and it was the FURTHEST thing from a functional game.In fact, DayZ had the same problems H1Z1 is having now when it launched. Still, I agree you had fun even with all of the issues. I'm also playing H1Z1 at the moment and I think it's a good time as well.
Very true!
Something about MMOs and their holiday themes make me happy. World of Warcraft and A Realm Reborn are great! I like what Borderlands does as well.
Your comparison of making video games to illegal actions has NOTHING to do with the subject we're discussing. Creating a video game that millions of people play because they genuinely like it is a good thing in my eyes. Just because you don't like what Activision, Infinity Ward, Treyarch and Sledgehammer are doing with Call of Duty it doesn't mean it's a bad game. So what half of the units pushed out are for 10 year old, the other half is for teens and adults. Breaking News! A...
