Not sure why people bitch about this so much. There hasn't been a old school resident evil in forever yet people still bitch. It changed at re4. Re4-re6 are pretty much the same shit, yet it sells like hotcakes. My advice is that if you don't like it STFU and go play somethin else. Achievments promote replayability and an objective u can work twords. It also presuades people to play and/or buy games they wouldn't have even tried in the first place.

I'm liking maya at the moment. Dissapointed in the skill tree not evolving. I also miss leveling up whichever gun I used the most. Replacing that feature with badass points just doesn't cut it.

Halo wars was an rts for begginers. Was simple and weak. Def not the best rts ever on a console. Command and conquer was better. Not sure if civilization counts as an rts. If it does than that was better aswell. When I wanna play a real rts I get on pc and log on starcraft 2 or warcraft.

Like every generation before, its all or nothin. With greater graphical capability comes the possibility of increasing ai and all forms of gameplay features. You should never have to pick between graphics and gameplay because GAMEPLAY is what makes a game good or not and should ALWAYS be good. Graphics and better tech is also a must for new gen consoles.
