I don't really think it matters so early into the new generation. I mean we're not even half a year yet. If this was year 2 then I would say it matters, but right now I don't think so. I say congrats to the X1 and PS4. Both in their own way are doing good, and for gamers that's a giant win!

Just gonna be honest here, from everything they showed it's only 2 games that interested me. Freaking Smash Bros and Monolith Soft. Those two titles are day one buys for me!
Well I like them both, but for me FF7 takes it. I like the world in 7 and most of the characters. I felt the music was on point and I enjoyed seeing the transformations of Cloud mentality. I feel that it showed it was a lot happening in the world that we didn't know about. Which years later come to find out it's a butt ton of things happening. I also like the depressive state the world is in, however it is now cliched to death.

I like Peter, but every time he opens his mouth about a game I just take it with a grain of salt. He has great vision, but it just never seems to make it to the final product.

Still I'm pretty sure Nintendo will be fine, they have money in the bank and them expanding is a good thing in my opinion.
What I'd like to see from them are more mature titles.
While I'm not disagreeing with you, it's still a few things you have to factor in with the money made from selling a game. You have packaging and marketing to name a few. So while they did make a butt ton of money off of X and Y it's still a few variables to consider.
Also I think it's dumb to have Nintendo is doomed stuff. The Wii U isn't doing good, but Nintendo has been so successful in the past they can afford it. They'll be fine and it's good ...
I'd say it's up there, but Zombies Ate My Neighbors is just narrowly beating it out on my list. Only do to it being a great early gaming memory.
I would suggest gamefly or some other rental service before buying it straight out.

I agree with you, I like Turn 10 and I think they do good work, but they already have Forza and Forza Horizon. If this rumor has any truth to it then I wonder what development team will be tackling pgr. As long as they keep it stylish, fast, and fun then it will be Kudos to them!
