Most people forgot that the ps eye was ment to come out with the ps4, just like the xbox and kinect.
But after MS showed up their console, Cerny decided to seperate both things in order to make to console cheaper.
Its a gimmick and not necessary for gaming but whatever, i hope they keep the kinect or they are going to lose credebility.

X1 is in the biggest Markets and its being outsold in all of them (EU) by 2-1 or 3-1 in Germany etc

Dx 12 is great for pc because it will decrease the response times from the cpu to gpu thats why they mentioned 50% power more efficiency.
Ps4 already does that with gpgpu so no the dx12 for the x1 wont increase the power to compete with the ps4.
But they can use tools to get more power (efficient) from the current hardware and sony does the same with the ps4, everything comes down to the harware

Cloud gaming is what Sony is doing with PS now, the game is streamed to your console, table, pc and it requires low bandwith.
Cloud computing performs tasks instead of the cpu... for example weather, ai, so it provides the dev more power to work with, since they are not using the cpu for those tasks. But most people in the world dont have a stable or powerfull enough...
