Yeah right, doesn't seem like they lost much to hurt them badly, I think Microsoft lost more with the RROD, ERROR, being sued for the disc drive messing up games and accounts being hacked.

I don't think they will counter sue, more of the lines that the person would waste all their money to first Sony like Geo did and fail.

Lets look at it, Sony didn't know of the problem and soon as they know a 100% what the problem was, they took PSN down and started to work on the problem.

Well this isn't going to end well for this person, Sony has more money and has more of a idea what has happen.
Who's to say the knew a 100% that it was that? The last thing a company wants to do is post something and later find out that wasn't the problem.

It would be Sunday to count as a week, a full week would be yesterday. So yeah and Sony said they didn't know of the problem until the day after Wednesday of last week.

Nintendo needs a new system, just one that is for everyone and isn't motion controls only.
I find this hard to believe, but in the same time I bet Sony has more than that sitting around, they have their hands in so many things that their isn't really anything they don't make money off of.
Nothing is every 100% safe, people to be so fill with being a fanboy to forget that it has happen to them and the company they call gods.
This is way I use Visa gift cards to do most of my online shopping, yeah they can take the money of the gift card. But at least I don't get a bill in the mail for buying something over $1,000 dollars that I never brought.
Nothing, you don't pay to get online like Live. So they really don't have to do anything.
