Hideo Kojima said himself they made the game not look as good as they actually can do, and made it run at 30fps to make it more believable that a indie studio made it.
Which means the final game will look better and run at 60fps.
aww, that's one of the reason i found it dissapointing to be on ps3 aswell:/
Personally, i find the controls in LBP really good, but alot of people find it too ''floaty'' which may be fixed with 60fps.
Oh well, they've added alot of new features to make up for it, the removal of thermometer, more depht and all that!

Why does this only come out for PS360?
Want to have this on PS4, so i can with my friends. I do already have it on PC though, but they don't got one capable of running it.
I don't play CoD anymore, but when i did, i thought quickscoping with friends was really cool after a heavy day with ArmA 3. Where that is obviously not possible :P
I just think it adds a little fun to the game.
