Deadlocked I think was very under-rated, but why don't Insomniac hurry up and develop a side project focused entirely on Captain Quark. I loved the 2D-style Quark levels in Up Your Arsenal and I think if Insomniac really cared for it, they could develop Captain Quark as a standalone character with his own IP.
