Natal looks to be just a somewhat simple application. The Archery portion of Sony's motion demonstration, where kneeling on one knee actually makes your on-screen character mimic the motion.
Sony's motion tech with the Playstation Eye actually shows promise to be applied and enjoyed by hardcore gamers, which is the complete opposite of what the Wii is doing now.
