My guess is Sony isn't going to roll out any PS4 slims until spring 2016, at the earliest. Unless Sony really feels they need to reduce msrp to $300 (which would only incite the need if Microsoft continues to try and undercut the PS4 with more price cuts to the Xbox One) I dont see a PS4 Slim on the horizon too soon.

This game, despite being multiplatform, is primarily being released as a Playstation 4 showpiece.
In accordance with recent n4g "fads", I knew the skepticism towards this game was going to be unnaturally high from some circles.
With Pachter's already existing shameless record in mind...I'd say he is far beyond that stage.
Microsoft's parity clause seems more like an imparity clause (meaning of course when it is in Microsoft's favor, f*ck parity. But when it isn't, hey lets all be fair here).

or if you do have to bite and buy the game just make sure you buy it used. Normally, in any other situation, I would just take this for what it is. But I think this satire is really just making light of a very serious situation. No parity and no bs.

Oh how dare a game that has always been demonstrated as a racing game...actually be a racing game??? The bias and absurdity in some of these reviews is almost unparalleled.
What is expected beyond and above that? A sandbox game where you drive around...looking to get into races?
It's a conspiracy when some positive reviews come in, but is that theory applied when the game gets negative reviews? Hell no. The people (or as you mentioned xbox fanboys) that think like that are just stroking their own fanboy egos.

Sony does indeed and has done something about this: they beefed up their first-party assets significantly and don't rely primarily on third-party publishers like microsoft does.
