If only Victoria Secret commercials lasted that long, but they usually only last like 15 seconds. What a F'n Jip!!!
To focus this big new ad campaign on trying to re-popularize Vista. When I first saw that commercial I thought it was meant for Windows 7, but when Bill said that very much maligned word "Vista" I was totally surprised; I thought Microsoft's marketing sectors would have been wise enough to start focusing on the successor to Vista.
Now to do my best Jerry Seinfeld impersonation:
"Whoooo Arrrre Theeese Peeepole???"
Biggest gaming disappoints article with only PS3 related material.
What about Too Human? Huh??? That game is already out, is PROVEN to be a disappointment and was supposed to come out what like 10 years ago! and this author has a freaking cow over Home getting delayed over just a few months! (which in case he doesn't know can't even be legitimately labeled as a disappointment yet).
Totally Biased! Anyone who doesn't see that is an idiot!
I immediately thought to myself: "Damn, this has got to be the longest list in the history of the universe. Since all of Acclaims games suck! (or should I say sucked, since they are now a defunct company)"
I actually bought that game just on F'n word of mouth alone. Oblivion got so many AAA reviews I just assumed that I would enjoy it. It sucks and it totally disappointed the hell out of me, but I at least learned a lesson from buying that game and that is that not every damn AAA-scoring game will satisfy me.
I purchased that game for my PS3 and after only playing it for 3 days I got totally bored of it and then I sold it. Yeah it has alot of free-form missions and different ways to build and customize you're main protagonist, but damn the story was like almost NON-EXISTENT!.
I totally prefer the more linear style RPG's like Final Fantasy and Dark Cloud 2 because without consistent story archs and cutscenes to push events along, Oblivion totally put me to sleep like for the few nigh...
Damn, with the first title getting an 8.8 with a metacritic average just nearing the 9.0 range, talk about an underwhelming sequel...if all quality assumptions were based just on Gamespot's reviews.
This game has gotten pretty good reviews elsewhere, though.
You seriously need to lighten the F up and realize that the elements and experiences that make up people's lives are not ALL about videogames. You're life may be like that, but I know there are alot of other people here at N4G that looked at this article and just had a good laugh (including me).
I agree with Jaffe. Palin isn't bad at all. I wouldn't kick her out of bed for a given night. Hillary, on the other hand, I would try to push down the stairs.
but my and many other's principle point to contest this experts prediction is that no matter what a great portion of the movie industry's consumer base will always demand hard, tangible copies of their movie collections. Having you're whole HD movie archive in you're computer's harddrive is more convenient in a certain sense, but the concerns of one day losing you're entire collection merely because of a virus or mishap will always be in the back of people's minds.
"Olin b...
LOL! That was a good one. Nice shot.
(BTW don't even think about bagging on my Nirvana Avatar. If you talk bad about Nirvana and their music you obviously either don't like Alternative or are just an idiot with bad taste and no real appreciation for legendary, groundbreaking groups).
That's why the male in the sexual predicament uses a condom and the female uses birth control.
Using both methods simultaneously makes sex practically fail-safe...unless one or both of them are morons who slip up along the way or if the woman lies to the man about taking birth control and purposely wants to get pregnant.
Tom Leykis informed me of all this and he is right about woman and how they think. Every man here should listen to his show.
It won't hit store shelves until the 11th of this month. Does he have "connections" within the music industry to obtain an advanced copy or something? I highly F'n doubt it.
His obviously biased opinion on Metallica's new album is rooted in his pre-existing opinion on St. Anger (which I believe wasn't as bad as some people made it out to be) then he is just as shallow as your general idiot videogame fanboy. You're general Destructoid dipsh*t.
Why do I have the oh-so strong feeling that if Microsoft had even a THIRD of the First-Party development assets of SCE that they would totally be rubbing it in everyones faces on how crucial exclusives are and how decisive they can be in regards to potential future hardware revenue.
Microsoft just loves to make the best of every situation by running their mouths almost mindlessly, even if it totally contradicts something that they said in the recent past.
But on topic, this game is totally looking to be a real contender for 2009 GOTY. The Playstation 3 has a great lineup in store for early 2009 as well as this fall. The PS3 is going make a huge impact from here on out and it will solidify its dominance very soon.
And you know what makes Infamous even better? The fact that it will only be on Playstation 3.
Lets see what the crazy imagination of the N4G's population base can come up with!!!
Gears on PC ain't nothing to to get bent over about...
But I guess eventually, after the xbox 360 version fails to impress, the PC version will try to reinvigorate some measure in here by trying to see if she can impress the casual crowd with her trick skills!!!
And who love that special kind of gameplay that can only be accessed on the PS3.
but I know that Pokemon Snap was a waste. And this is something else...I don't know what to rate it unless I get bombarded witht negative cr#p!!!.
and that would be that the Japanese LOVE to over-complicate things!
This is just scans from the art contained within the Limited Edition Strategy Guide (which I have) and the complementary art book that came with the limited edition of MGS4 (which I also have).
