Always looked like Candice Swanepoel to me.
I remember seeing these images years ago as Bahamut just pointed out. I'm not surprised if all those concept images have been sitting in a cabinet collecting dust all these years.
Downloaded it off of the japanese psn store. Probably need a japanese Live gold account seeing as how it came out this week.
Visuals seem identical except for lighting and draw distance I think. PS3 seems to have a more natural bloom effect on lights and neon signs, as well as having a more defined look to some of gothams buildings in the distance.
The fault lies with U3's map design I'd say. Although there is some tweaking to blind fire accuracy and perhaps stopping power that might help, the main fault lies with how narrow and vertical U3's maps are now in comparison to the ones in U2. Compared to the maps in U2 (original maps), there was a greater sense of flatness to it wherein you were able to get a sense of your surroundings at a reasonable distance to any danger. This ultimately favored firing down the sights at a dis...
Took me nearly 2 hours while playing on veteran so not bad. A fairly nice set up for mass effect 3. Given what happened at the end though, I wonder what repercussions might happen for Shepard when all is said and done. Probably nothing :p
I was hesitant when the developers said that they were leading on the ps3. Looks like my worries can be put to rest. Turning out to be an interesting surprise on this one that I might just grab it day one.
You'd be surprised by some of the stuff you might miss. For instance, of the last two cooling panels that you need to destroy while on foot, destroying the left side opens up a set of turrets that are only accessible when destroying that one first before the last one on the right. Best suggestion would be to youtube it. I used "Killzone Terminals's" videos.
Got the platinum already. Surprisingly, elite difficulty seemed much easier than normal. Strange that I died more often, and seemed to take more damage quickly, on a lower difficulty. Surprised they took out the weekly honor rank set of trophies though. All in all very manageable.
Definitely. That game probably had one of the saddest moments I'd ever seen in a video game. Of course if you had the "real guys stick around..." scene, that made it even more heart wretching.
Still waiting on that flashlight move game they showed a while back. Definitely looks promising. Loving sports champion at the moment.

Well, I suppose yes and no. Technically the titles of both games are different, but the same basic storyline is present in both titles. Though with a few upgrades and significant downgrades(graphics), the same basic elements which are in Dead Rising for the Xbox 360 are present in the Wii adaptation of the game. The same can be said of ninja gaiden i suppose. Exclusive, multi, its hard to say really. In a way both are kind of yet not.
Actually, the first Dead Rising is a multiplatform title too. I believe Capcom released a version of it for the Wii titled "Dead Rising: Chop till you drop."
I was pleasantly surprised by how well the game played with the move controller. First part of the demo was somewhat worrying, but man did things turn around when he drank the potion.
As a whole, I suppose yes. It was going really well though, up until they started showing all the Kinect stuff. I honestly didn't mind it too much, I just wished they hadn't spent so much time on it. Ah well, the new xbox looks nice though.
Cannot wait for tomorrow though. Please VS, please.
Actually, the solid in metal gear solid refers to the transition that metal gear made in going from 2d to 3d. Thats why the orignal games were named metal gear, with the first metal gear game on the ps1 adding the solid at the end. Heard that explanation somewhere, but still could be wrong. I suppose thats why they still have the solid in rising.
Well, who knows. If I'm not mistaken I believe the dev time for U2 was about a year and a half. Not sure if that included prior planning to actually making the game but you never know. I mean since the engine itself is already finished they could maybe pull of a U2 by completely reworking/modifying the engine. Would definitely be in line to buy that, although I wouldn't mind more in depth storyline with bigger set piece/varied environments.
Hmmmm curiouser and curiouser. So many games so little money. :)
Shooter everyones been asker for eh?
Yeah. It is a bit disappointing seeing as how they were implying that it would be a worldwide exclusive. Or perhaps it was in the sense that the news itself was a worldwide exclusive that only they were given the go in revealing. Anyways, this is at least good news for those who wanted something similar to qore but were missing out. Would be nice to have a host like the European Qorespondent they showed on one of the previous episodes.
It's still just as good with them. Variety is the spice of life.
