I think GOW3 did a few things better just by the shear scale of the battles ad epic set pieces, but UC2 is so consistently perfect that it still reigns king. Uncharted 2 does some amazing things and everything it does is right. A rarity in many games.

I'ver played Forza 3. The crushed hoods are not dynamic, they are illusions from basically a paintjob that gives it the appearance of a crumpled hood. Everything is very minimal. The cars swapped painjobs and panels for prerendered damge modeling. Not realistic at all.
The should just charge XBL Gold to the master account and allow anyone else playing on the Xbox to have free online. I know some games have a guest play but thiey should allow achievements and leaderboard stats to work as well.
If the intent is to get the whole family online, then you really shouldnt make grandma have to pay to play.

Good eye...yeah I just noticed this is the same exact review but posted twice under two different gamereator branches. Just took another hit on the meta.Professionalism at its best I guess. Oh well, f-ck them, GT5 is awesome and it's already pressing 2mil within the first few days. Beside every review coming out after the game gave them a few days to review it is 9s and above. 95% of the mediocre reviews are from sites who only played this game for 3-5 hours in total.

Premium cars will have fully dynamic damage custom to each vehicle, which also reflect the physics of that perticular car.

My only current gripe from what I read(G4 hit it best) is the REAL WORLD or Desomd's Story is not really told in this one either. Most know Altair or Ezio but this isn't really about them. God of War is in a whole new league. Bayonetta can be compared to DMC which is more like it. Kratos is light years beyond what those game have done or could do.

Final Fantasy VII & VIII, XI had some linear structure to them, but the world unfolded. And it opened up to areas and cloesed areas off as it progressed you through. You are welcomed to explore well before the last few hours.

At least the D-Pad is fixed. Less issue like in Fallout, where you push the D-pad up/right to get a rocketlauncher and instead it reads down/left for a 2x4 with a nail in it.
