Sad truth: as great as the ps3 is, all of sony's money and efforts go unpaid this generation. The highest selling Sony exclusive, which by the way is not 1st party, is currently being outsold by a glorified expansion pack (read ODST) even though it has one whole year on it.

Actually demon souls is 18th only on the ps3 chart. It doesn't chart on the overall top 40...so...yeah. Terrible people

The previous story about MS's 16 billion revenue was overall Microsoft numbers, most people's complains here were that it did not include enough info on the gaming division itself, many in fact claimed the division had made a loss.
Now that this not only gives you the whole picture but shows that the gaming division made more than half a billion dollars in profit you do not want it?

Thats not too bad considering thats all profit. It is a bit puzzling however, that is the entire Sony, not just the games division.
I counted 9 Metal Gear games on wikipedia. 6 Halo games, 3 main trilogy and 3 spin-offs/prequels.
