I think its actually therapeutic to be able to play a video game and take out your anger in the safety of your own home instead of doing something stupid and for no good reason attacking or killing someone.
Honestly, instead of resorting to getting violently drunk and harassing someone you can put on a game to calm your nerves. Journey is a perfect example of this, aswell as fighting games.
games do not kill people, human beings kill other human beings.
