That's very true but MS need to prove themselves on all that acquisitions. MS lack on Original Exclusive content (services are all about that) and right now all the acquisitions are about multiplayer IPs that may or may not (Minecraft) turn/stay exclusive in the future.
Still the IP belongs to Insomniac so maybe later on release is now on the table.
Rephrase : GamePass is Great for Indies, Third Party Games and for those who cant afford some mediocre or worst exclusive AAA games.
