"Make a console easy to develop for, but hard to master". That's really some motto to guide them on how PS4 was conceived.
Angry Joe was interviewing Major Nelson telling him that it's so easy to switch off the always-on DRM and Major Nelson grabbed the mic and asked menacingly if Angry Joe was a developer. that's not a proper way to treat anyone asking about your product.

MS probably don't want people hacking the Kinect 2 which in turn open up possible hacking of the XB1. But I say, if there's a will there's a way, for hackers to bypass this problem.
Sony is well known for their design, even Apple tried to copy Sony's design. So, not surprising that PS4 has a nice design.

PS4 games can be played on the Vita. Vita gets all the benefit off PS4 games.
