exactly Sony in this round is taking the wrong way and looks more and more like Xbox ecosystem (with their lame subscription model)...paid obligatory PS plus to play online, dull cheap game for free, heavy supporting of DLCs ...
nice ..let episodic gaming die in smoke ..so the others do not repeat the thieving mechanics..i hope DLCs strategies to follow soon (we saw Destiny's downfall) ...no matter how much these lame tactics help companies, they became a plague multiplying generally garbage games .

^^Hayter did exactly that ...he committed an ultra-stupid suicide...while i liked him and i consider him the definitive actor for Snake ..he acted like duche, no only Kojima but no other professional game dev will see him seriously after these stupid statements

@ rainslacker ..Big Boss and his Avatar were voiced BY THE SAME ACTOR ..have you played the game guys?? ..yes dopleganger was a different person but Sutherland also did without ANY change the voice of Big Boss...in MGS5 Big boss = Sutherland that what Kojima wanted and it was a terrible mistake end of story...
Sutherland destroyed completely the character of Snake, thats a fact (and i agree^^ that considering the lame quality of MGS5 Hayter didnt missed smthing important) .Hayter in MGS1-2-3 was perfect and imo none could have performed better the complicated voice/character of Snake (experienced,tough but also with a lot of humor in its tone) ...but in MGS 4 i agree with Kojima ..Hayter should have been replaced as he was acting over the top in order to present an Old Snake, creating a lot of crin...
@2apocalypse ...exactly with misguided ultra hyped reviews and mass appealing to people who may never liked /played previous RE games,the game's fame launched to super-exaggerated levels.. making Capcom, not only double repeat (triple and quadraple if you include Revelations abysmal games) the mistake, but to condemn the series from high quality games to mediocrities or even trash level quality ...
he should have added RE4 ...the game is NOT a RE game and derailed the series to its doom....
well made video, showing how much and carefully they had work on the first game ..smhting that is missing as RE is evolving with sequels...imo even RE 2-3,CV(with bigger productions behind them) didnt manage to capture the ambience of the first classic..(although Dino Crisis 1 a bit later almost touched it)
Parasite eve 2 especially was one excellent game, AAA in all of his aspects with big production behind it ...shame that all that work wasnt recognized by many
to be honest i dont want Κojima and Reedus to work together ..all hollywood-actors demand money , a lot of money which are being forfeited from substantial game development..see what happened to MGSV with the lame choice of Kojima to hire Sutherland ..Destroyed the role of Snake , was payed a ton of money which could used anywhere else and at the end the game was lacking a lot in quality and probably was the worst Kojima MGS
i dont believe that any today surv-hor game can come close to RE (the original pSX version) ...the only game that managed to nearly touch it was Dino crisis 1 (which was basically a copy paste from the same man)..it had so many little details that gave to the game a deep polished feel (maybe some them were made by luck) that even its direct sequel with more work on it didnt manage to capture..
..its obvious that Nintendo will release simultaneously a normal controller with buttons and PS-likehandligs ..but wy bother making this impractical pad in the first place ?? you can answer only for First party and exclusives...but there is the point ..all the game which will make use of this new design will be far from hardcore games and it will cripple indirectly all exclusive-first paty games

ohh man why i have the feeling that Kobayashi really destroyed the series ?? he started with Resi 4 which i consider the worst most un-resident evil and from then on it was a downfall..if they want at least to redeem themselves, release NEW RE 4-5-6 as completely differents games like the old ones
that confused minority which play the role of SJWs is starting to become a plague ... if creators do not stand up to keep unchanged their original artistic expressions and they dont close their ears to wrong opinions with ambiguous purposes, they will be continuous ridiculed by people who may not even play games
