Games as a service will work if these services appeal to people who are open to it in the first place. Forcing people who want physical copies to digital-only only enrages them. This should not be an either-or thing, physical and digital have co-existed all this time with no problems and there's no reason why digital-only should be forced.
They've been saying this since the PS1.
PS4 games cost 80-100 US$ in my country and nobody whines about it.
C&C is great but EA ruined the series for all time with 4 and now this mobile shit they're pushing and nobody should be giving them money for anything they do with the franchise.
