I believe that either Kodak or Fuji are the largest manufacturers of motion picture film... I don't think Sony even makes motion picture film. They are the largest manufacturer of tape stock (Beta, Digibeta, HDCAM SR etc.) used for TV and cinema, but not motion picture film.
How is it dumb? That's how everything works. You can either pay it all up front, or pay over time with interest... that's everything!
extremely old? I saw this over a year ago I believe...
You mean 3 years?
I believe he means Krispy Kreme which is a doughnut shop... a damn good doughnut shop...
I believe he's actually saying that if the developers cannot create a game that is more immersive in utilizing the Move, players will still be happy to use the DS3... so he's not really saying anything...
Playing at 30fps vs 60fps does affect the flow of the game. It does make it more theatrical.
Try watching a movie in 60p rather than 23.976p... you're probably not going to find one.
They showed this off a long long long time ago... why is it just now in a gaming magazine?
I have to agree with everyone else on this... you're not explicitly stating any specific reasons as to why it needs to be more unix like, or why the core infrastructure is "broken." It's like saying that IE is bad because lots of its code is old. Even if it is true it's not a reason and does not give any explanation as to why it actually is "bad."
and books always have the ISBN# labeled somewhere on the page. the item for $19.95 only had a upc...
Im not sure what you're talking about. Where does it say Guide Book?

???
Im pretty sure he was asking if his rig could handle the downsampling and still play the game at a decent fps. Im actually curious as well - I have no idea...
Ive actually played all 3 and the 360 version actually surprised me at how bad it looked :/
I believe they used GFWL to enable Xbox360-PC crossplatform multiplayer.
I played the PC version all the way through and it was one of those games I couldn't stop playing until I finished it. This doesn't mean it's anywhere near my top favorite games, but I'm having a hard time figuring out why people say it sucks so much. Besides the apparent glitchyness of the 360 version what was so bad about it? I'm not trying to defend the game, but I am curious as to what made this game an "abomination"...
Ive played this game on an sdtv... the differences arent so astronomical...
It's an application that you see the moment it starts up along with youtube, pandora, and blockbuster video... for the samsung players at least. Beware that that the lowest priced model requires you to purchase a wifi adapter separately.
That's what I'm saying... I never really comment about things on the internet, but this... If there are people out there that actually listen to and gain knowledge from these kinds of people I feel deeply sorry for them...
In the most rosy explanation of that, it would mean that 83% of all PS3s sold, were sold without any game at all!
.... He's... wrong... that's not how it works... he used... subtraction... :/
Most people don't understand that it can take years (collectively using huge render farms) for a single CG film to render out completely. These films are rendered in 4K resolution for theater projection... Don't see how the quality can come close.
