the positives of this game out weigh the negatives of the below 30 frames performance in a few instances. i have never seen it come to a crawl in my experience. i am just now only getting the 3rd power and i can say i am really enjoying this game. it is presented very well.
vita play works out well for this game. my significant other was tired and continuously asked me to turn off the tv last night. so i paused the game, turned off the tv, fired up the vita and continued playing where i left off.
the reviews are looking pretty good. i have to wait to download my digital pre-load though :(

I have a 7950 @ 1200/1530 and the dips you are stating about AMD cards isn't totally accurate. I haven't seen it dip below 52 FPS at 1080p w/8xmsaa and 16xaf on insane.
the 52fps is extreme cases btw.
