Uncharted doesnt ACTUALLY use the Unreal Engine 3 and still is the best looking. UT3 took the lead with the visuals on the Unreal Engine3 Department anyway.
GT5P simply reached the limit of fully detailed model cars. Cant get any better

It was actually competing directly against the PS2, hence the last gen design and technology.
But it will NEVER be one.
Even though its selling, PS3 price is STILL holding back the PS3.
Unlike us keen gamers, most people buy the console they fancy, then look what games are around.
to release a next gen machine on the rumoured date.
Production cost keep going higher each gen when making games. It also takes more time to create a decent all round game.
I prefer if neither MS and Sony were in a hurry and let this gen stretch out till AT LEAST 2011/2012 so devs can make the most out of this gen.
