some people are confused about framerate animation (fps), and televisions/cinema, etc...it's not the same thing.
you can have a game with 2 fps, but in 3D with 60 hertz (X2 for each eyes).

for the "sub hd" question, don't forget that sometime, it's not only an inferior resolution, they can use other types of AA, filters, etc and the result can be better than the version with (little) superior resolution (other games in the past proove that)
identical..which is better than uggly ports, but not a good thing for ps3 owners, ps3 would always have a better version, with optimisations.
everybody, except blind xbox fanboyz, knows that best exclusives are on ps3 (since 3 years), and move to be the perfect wiimote (natal just a better eye toy).
