Crysis yes, but point blank is more than arcade, it one of the best competitive gameplay ever (and was really accurate with namco gun, unlike sega gun)
People, who don't even know psn, or play multiplayer games only on xbox, wants to find hard a reason to continue paying, even if it's dumb ("pro gamers" what a joke, they are playing most of the time old games on pc)

They are forgetting two importants things :
- actual 3DTV are the best lcd and plasma can offer in 2D, if you have to buy one, so, the 3D cost you 100, 200 more than great 2D tv (and prices are far lower than last year !), it's nothing for a tech addict.
- when everybody run to see avatar, toy story 3, etc who is saying "only the stupids are going to see 3D movies niw, because in 3 or more years, you 'll have 3D glassless !" no one, on...
Yeah sure, ps3 players, or even xbox, wants to play with ps2 graphic quality games, when move is the perfect wiimote, with great hardware and games to play.

Yeah sure, you can compare the most advanced hardware in 2006 (far more powerfull than the most powerfull pc in 2006), with bluray (500/600$ for a simple reader), with better dvd upscale than 1500 $ players, + controlers/battery + gfx + sacd player + ps2 chip + etc etc.....with a camera :)
even at 600$, the ps3 was a gift from sony, sure it was hard to pay for a majority of players, but the value was greatly superior to most of the tech sold at that time.
When you have 99 bad impressions, and 1 good, the xbox fanboyz believe the last one, but when you have 99 good reviews/previews for ps3 materials, one stupid statement from greenberg, or others liars like kotaku, eurogamer, gizmodo, .. is enough to forget the good ones :)

@mas, even if killzone2 graphics have today no competition (consoles), everybody was impressed by kz3 gameplay and improvments (even without 3D), just look at the TV show before the guy use the 3D glasses, the scene is just huge, and never seen before (a lot of things on screen, action everywhere, explosions, jet pack), kz3, like the 2, look again "in game" like others shooters (multis/xbox) look in the pre rendered movies !
Some people don't like GOTY, or best movies, best food, it's their problem, not our :)
