I thought you we're saying people we're getting confused about local play with friends on ps3, and what cross-play is.
Unfortunately accounts now can only be registered to two ps3's because of game sharing, and anyone who does game share will end up getting banned.

The wii version actually has better graphics imo, what the wii lacks in screen resolution it makes up for in water, fire and having 3D textures.
Frontier has 2d textures so it looks very flat and really just looks like a ps2 game.
It was made around the same time so I wouldn't doubt it, using the same 3dmodels engine etc, the thing about mmo's is they rarely ever have graphical over hauls, some do, but usually once you hit a certain amount of items and content in a game it kind of becomes an unreachable dream to recreate everything with higher poly counts and whatnot, that you might as well just roll with what you have till it doesn't become feasible anymore.

Well actually the costumes are from meruru so for ps3 if you have meruru you get costumes from meruru for rorona, and for vita if you have meruru plus you get costumes for rorona.
Buying both versions of rorona plus won't give you any of these costumes, you'll need atelier meruru or atelier meruru plus.
Also these games don't have cross save features so, you can't collect all the costumes on one savedata.
