If microsoft used a different format like hd dvd to add storage space to 360 games, we would all be paying $120 usd for a game, did you see how much they want for the 250gig hd. I keed I keed.
3 discs isnt that bad, especially for and rpg. The only time I found it irritating was in SO4. I enjoy my games thoroughly and it was a hassle getting up every 5 mins and swapping the disc. Games like LO and BD are great games with multiple disc's and it doesnt bother me at all.
I cant believe anyone played runble roses XX and enjoyed it. Masturbated to it yes but enjoyed the game, hell no.
I have to wake up and read this, and jim from destructoid has sand in his vagina. I'm sorry I only read about half of that rant before i decided to cut the cord.
The truth of the matter is that most video games in these times dont have an excellent story. I havent seen an article about dantes inferno comparing itself to the classic poem. I havent seen any comparison articles between the two, so why would anyone get offended when a game compares itself to the budget or story of a...
Ive had this game on reserve since last year, and im doing the four day challenge online. I personally love when they take mature subject matter and treat it that way.
I know I will love this game my favorite part of this game will be that I dont have 12 year olds screaming in my ear every time I play.
Im glad this is getting good reviews and I cant wait to get my hands on it.
I like the fact that it comes with the original poem in digital form. That is a great way to show their gratitude and get people who never read it to see how many liberties they took with it. I wonder if its the whole poem with pergatorium and heaven or just the first part.
not the best looking game ive ever seen, and yep a clone of GOW but despite the fact that they have taken many liberties with the poem, it seems like it will be a fun game to play.
I dont get what the hell fable 3 is doing on that list. Fable 2 wasnt impressive visualy so why would the third be.
Bioshock 2 shouldnt be either. While i loved the first game the graphics look dated now, and the second looks to barely improve on the first in terms of graphics.
Im selling my collection because I want the GOW3 ultimate edition or what ever that comes with the collection in it.
I agree with bathyj on this. I think this might have had something lost in translation. They have stated that the BD is full, adding in towns might have gone into the realm of 2 BD's or could have taken them another year or so to complete. I would like the game this year I have waited long enough.
My other point is, I dont really care about towns. In every jrpg a town is some place that you walk around and buy junk, talk to severely limited npcs and break a few pots or crates. T...
what was removed to make it fit on the 360?
The only thing ive done in towns is, talk to people with 4 lines of dialogue, buy quickly outdated weapons, look at buildings, get the hell out of it. This game has plenty of side missions, and i dont mind jrpgs being linear as long as they tell a good story.
there will be 2 classic packs of costumes for free till july first. That has nothing to do with the collectors edition though.
clash of the titans, but im looking to get this game, might sell off my collection to get the pandoras box edition
I would have been upset if it had no sex mini game, thats a tradition in the series.
the first bioshock came out a year later to much controversy of it not being as good as the 360 counterpart. I had played the 360 version by that time along with most of the people who wanted to play it.
Im skipping bioshock 2, the multiplayer doesnt seem to fit with this game, those are wasted resources right there. The game still looks like it came out in 2007 or something, the graphics are just underwhelming. I enjoyed the story of the first one and i dont really have a desire...
how does one positive and one negative tip the scales in any ones favor.
On point if you play a game like LO that has multiple discs you wont mind because they are so spaced out. when you play SO4 you become annoyed getting up every couple of minutes to switch a disc because you want to synthesize something, then having to get back up to switch again after the two seconds it took you to synth that item. If you want the achievements in that game you're going to get a work out too....
thats so funny i sold my 360 havent touched it since i bought my ps3. Only game i like on that list is alan wake. Im not such a big halo fan, and most games i like are multiplat.
beat me to it. short term memory over there.
lol yeah thats what i want more people shooting at me at the same time /endhumor
the game looks nice, but i think i saw one screen that was representative of gameplay. Its kind of early to call, graphically im more impressed by GOW3. It seems like this game is going to be fun so i dont mind the graphics not being the best as long as they are good.
yeah but if you make an article about a crack head smoking crack and put it on a crack head website then other crackheads should give him props.
That crackhead has at least 2 articles written about him, but i guess people are butt hurt on this site because no one is talking about their latest achievements, or trophies.
Such hate over someone who has gotten a ton of really hard to get achievements in a game that 11million other people are playing.
you people are supposed to be gamers. Gamers should support our players and video games. Especially games that are as successful as W.O.W. You obviously have not played warcraft to any acceptable level if you think it doesn't require any skill to master. The intricacies of that game are what make it so addictive.
Oh and to posters above me, I cant recall the last time I heard someone shoot up a school and blame it on W.O.W. So while one might be more addictive than another I bel...
thats like saints row outselling any GTA.
Sorry there are just too many oversights in this "article". The writer states that GOW3 sales might be hurt by PS3 exclusives like heavy rain, and FF13 (though not exclusive) but he doesnt think that a lesser known new IP might?
the other fail for this article is when he compares DI to the launch of other games not in the same genre. Lets compare it to assassins creed which had nothing to do with it, and launched ...
