i think single player will be but multiplayer has a big ? over it as no one knows for sure,it's a treyarch game after all.

the problem here is not piracy but the sheer amount of it on the xbox 360 that is the big problem.we talking about millions here (cheap console/cheaper than Wii & easy to hack).
Bungie left the franchise for 3 reasonss: 1- the piracy 2- the hardware limitations 3- the fans will only buy halo which stops Bungie from been creative & testing their talent on other projects.

i thought microsoft was unbeatable when it comes to overhyping generic games it turned out their fans are even worse at it.
as long as i can download the game as many times as i need to & the game is still worth playing 2 years later then digital copy is fine with me otherwise hard copy all the way.
