No, they can't do another Halo on PS3/PSP/DS without Microsoft's permission. Microsoft owns the Halo franchise, and it's their baby so I doubt they would ever let another console have it.
I don't think so. Until we're at like Guitar Hero 8, I don't think it will be anywhere near "Madden" level. Plus 50 new songs a year is worth 60 dollars for most people.
I don't really understand why Xbox gamers particularily fear them the most. I don't know how many times on Xbox LIVE I hear "the wii is so gay!" or on PSN the same crap.
