I think the evidence for this is pretty solid and hard to ignore. This explains all the violations of the mass effect canon, and the frankly non-sense explanations for the existence of the reapers. I find it hard to believe bioware would or could screw up the ending that bad. That being said, if this idea somehow proves to be false, they screwed up royally. the ending just didn't make sense. The explanation for the reapers is that synthetics created other synthetics to kill organics, so that organics wouldn't end up being killed by synthetics they created? Great, so we get exterminated by synthetics regardless. So why bother with reapers? POINTLESS!

This seems extreme to me especially considering before the game was released they said to save your mass effect 3 saves for .........something. there will almost certainly be DLC sometime in the near future which expands the game........ Now how do you think that will happen??? Consider also the ending....watch it a bunch of times and give it some thought....it might not be what you thought it was......
