PSM is an unbiased news source that happens to be in the Sony camp. I subscribe. They believe, like IGN and 1UP, that the two formats are about equal right now...but they also think it will surpass the 360 in all regions by the end of 2007.

I freakin' told you fanboys that blu-ray would win. A movie format launched with a system has NEVER failed...and it just can't this time. When MGS4, DMC4, FFXIII, and Killzone 2 come out...HD-DVD will be a thing of the past...haha.
What library of games? Dude, you have GOW...that's about it! Lost Planet isn't that good, and Dead Rising is worth playing, but THAT'S it! Everything else is either better on PC or just plain sucks...

The PS3 has served me well so far. No problems, I have Resistance...and Lair, MS, and HS are really close. What's to complain about? Oh, and all the good movies are on Blu-ray...so, I'm good for like...anoth...

NG is fun, but not DMC fun. The storyline is weaker, the graphics ARE better, but that's cuz it's on the xbox, and the action lacks the fighting system of DMC. And DMC is a FRICK of a lot harder than NG. You guys have NOT played DMC3 and the rest of us know it...

The only game i've realy missed it on is Shadow of the Colossus, but...I still want it back.
Sony never said rumble was last-gen. They just said it interferred with the motion sensitivity...which, yeah, that's wrong, but the lawsuit really messed them up.

The PS3 also is shipping a LOT faster than the wii. Sony is PERSONALLY spending a lot more than they need to to get it to America, by air-lifting them...and it costs them a lot of money...

What do you mean the PS2 had no competition at the beginning? What the frick was the Dreamcast? The Gamecube and Xbox were very near too, and everyone knew it, but the PS2 still sold like crazy because of the GAMES...like the PS3 will have this year.

No console is a DREAM to work on. No one likes working on the PS3 OR the 360. It's just not fun...especially compared to the PS2 and xbox.
They only announced it for PS3 and PC so far...I'm sure it'll be on 360 too, but until "he" gives the word, i don't believe it...
Did you not see that F.E.A.R. looks better on PS3? I'm sure Unreal 3 will look better on PS3...since it's directly being ported from PC...and not 360. They have a dev team working on JUST the PS3 version too. This is the first time Unreal Tournament has really been PUSHED on a console...because Unreal Tournament on the PS2 wasn't that incredible...although i have it. This is gonna KILL Halo...if anyone has ever played this, it's a LOT better than Halo.

I'm held off by Resistance, Motorstorm Demo, and COD3 until Warhawk, HS, and LAIR...and the actual Motorstorm...
If they're equal, that means they both have the same number of great games...correct? That means Resistance and Gears are the only two nex-gen games worth buying...which is almost completely true.
Why is price an issue for you? Unless you're a broke MF, the PS3 is like buying a really really cheap DELL, except it can actually PLAY GAMES!
