its sad but Gears will sell more. I mean we were supposed to have a "clash" between Gears 2 and Resistance 2 and well we all saw how that went. Hell Fable 2 out sold R2 AND LBP
360 games will always sell more due to the larger userbase.
I never understood how wow players get so addicted..I tried it myself and couldn't get into it. Still I do sometimes find a certain game so addictive that I keep playing for 5-6 straight hours..but 24? damn do you even feel any enjoyment after playing for 12 hours?
The game is doing just fine, and will have some serious legs. The "disappointed" people are either xbox fanboys or morons who thought a new IP will for some reason sell millions in its first week.
I am a sony fanboy but I have to admit I was expecting more. If the game sell only 30k on its first day it means we are looking at 200k max first week and about 400k max lifetime sales. I was hoping this would be a million seller.
