because I hear the engine actually generates the environment based off satelitte images. So, textures and things will not really be affected.

all gears 2 has too show is an updated Unreal Engine 3 and some bullshot "Screenshots". Yes Killzone was announced 3 years ago, but giving what they aim to achieve, i say then fair play they needed that much time. And when you say "we" you of course mean.....360 owners right.

like the design of the game. It has very nice art direction, like the Mantel Troops. As for multi-player, haven't yet tried that. My connection kept cutting out. But if that's fairly solid, i might consider getting the game. Its just there is a few little things that i dont like about the game (demo). Such as its speed, can't say its that fast paced or that hectic compared to other shooters. But who am i to complain, Free Radical did Timesplitters:D
....not that I personally was ever interested in that game. Look at Killzone 1. I thnk there vision for the game they were trying to achieve couldn't really be done with PS2 hardware. I don't see it being delayed again....from when was it...2007 it was due out, now 2009. More then enought time I reckon. And I don't remember where I read it or exactly how much the game has cost but its cost more then the average game. I don't see it having cost $100 million.

...the demo. Spent all last night downloading it (UK) and well, i am a tad disappointed. Not sure what I expected but gameplay is a bit...meh. Nectar is a nice idea but, hmm, dunno, doesn't work to well in practise. Its just another way to kill people. But I am of course just judging the demo.

Uncharted admittedly is quite difficult. As for Halo 3, cant really comment cause ive only played half an hour on lengendary. Gears of war wasnt that easy and i havent played Mass effect. But honestly man, there was no need for fanboyism, this article relates to gaming in general. Still, my prefered console is ps3;)
