The whole problem with your post is you keep calling it a damn demo. it is the full version of the game you wouldn't have accessed to with a demo that is limited. So your logic is issue with access to a optional subscription that gives you 6 hours to the full game & opportunity to purchase at %10 off vs paying full price for the game after it launches?

Voice control has worked for my family just fine since launch and even better with the updates. Everyone in my household uses the voice features on all 3 Xbox One's in our home.

The studio is new not the people actually at the studio. The people their have 12 years of experience combined. You should educate yourself on them rather than just assuming.

Never said they didn't have anything else in development but everyone thought the video from last year was the next game from Black Tusk. Gears IS their next game and I bet it will be out in 2015 since Halo is out at the end of this year. It has already been clarified from MS in a statement so none of this really matters and even if it did how the hell does this affect anyone? Let the gov deal with it if violations were made and it isn't like this is something new. People blowing I up over a couple thousands of dollars at that.
