If you're going to do a comparison that matters, why not wait until the patch that the PS3 version will be getting? In the opening scene you can clearly see the white bars on the right and bottom of the screen which are amongst the graphical issues that are being patched. This leads me to believe that even if this is the full game, there is nothing graphically different from the demo.
Just because they use 100% of the SPUs, does not mean better optimization won't be utilized in the future.
Please don't tell me you honestly believe that future titles won't be able to trump Uncharted 2 from a technical perspective.
