In all honesty, the PS3 was always gonna catch the 360. I dont think anybody thought it would have taken this long. You got to remember, that the Xbox brand was the underdog coming into this generation with or without a one year head start.
The Playstation fanbase is so huge from the two previous gens, it was eventually gonna catch up. Who knows the real figures are, but it is certainly close.

These companies make millions in profit every year, I dont care if the cost of a Bluray disc is more to buy than a DVD, they still make a profit from us regardless.

now now Lucreto, dont be giving out about achievements because you prefer your Trophys ;) haha Every game will have different types of achievements in fariness, they are left up to the developer for that reason. It will be the very same for PS3 Trophys. Some games are perfect for big long hard achievements that could take days to complete, others are just casual achievements where you dont even have to try.
BTW hows your new PC going for ya???? Did ya play gears or Mass Effect...

I forgot about the RB2 Drums, definitely import them instead of the RB1 version. Not that its bad or anything but the premium Ion version(think thats what its called) looks much better with the two cymbols ;)
Just be careful about getting caught for IMPORT TAX, Im not sure how much it works in Australia but find out as you might end up paying more :(
but the price hike is even worse for you guys which is totally not fair. If I were you, I'd import the PAL version Im sure its cheaper.
I actually ended up paying the full amount for it in Ireland after I gave out like you guys at first but I gave in and I haven't looked back. I paid about 240euro(100 euro more than the US) for it and I couldn't care about the money anymore as its a great game, way better than GH3. Its an expensive hobby

I really do believe if you think Halo is a bad game or worse, you are an idiot or a complete fanboy. Bungie have done an incredible job with creating this game yet people jump on the anti-microsoft bandwagon and claim 'OVER-RATED'immediately.

It was clear Michael Ironside had some issues with the last games direction and he never voiced the original trailer for Conviction as a result. He clearly feels his character has run it's course OR Ubi Soft just didn't want the same hassle that he caused in script changes like the last game.
