It hasn't been ported nearly enough times being one of the best game out there. In the last couple decades Ocarina of Time has only came in compilations for Gamecube, and probably downloadable on Wii. Never any changes as drastic as this though, Nintendo deserves money this time.
I think all the effort towards making a good competitive multiplayer game would be better spent on Doom 4. We may just end up with 2 halfassed games otherwise. iD probably wants their new franchise to be successful alongside their other work aswell.
I'm actually more excited there is a coop component, iD needs more variety in their games when it isnt called "Doom".

It is marketed as a Playstation monitor, and only the latest playstation device doesn't support it. I think it is a missed opportunity, considering it is 24" and that is the perfect size before sub hd resolutions start looking grainy. I was thinking about what it would be like to use the vita as a controller to play on it during the e3 conference.
Of course I wouldn't buy a $500 3D monitor for that, I just like video out and less strain on the neck...
