The service just got off the ground. it hasn't even reached full saturation. Once it's on Samsung Smart TVs, other Smart TVs, PC and even rival consoles this service will explode with popularity.
As the library grows it will be easy to see that this service is a great product at a great price.

Seriously, that's what helped it at launch the most. Lucky for MS they finally got their act together.
Hype and hyperbole. Typical "super charged PC" marketing lines. (4D gaming, emotion engine, reality synthesizer. Sony marketing is known for pushing lies and hyperbole to sell their products.)
