I wish Sony will come up with a better name for their next system instead of Playstation 4. Its just boring and stupid. At least X-box 720 is better than X-box 3. Of course, we don't know for a "fact" that is what the next X-box will be called. Look at Kinect, it was known as Project Natal, etc. Game companies seem to use code words for all their systems or weird peripherals. Anyway, sorry for being way off topic.
There's nothing wrong with quoting Pachter. What the quote should really be is, "Pachter just doesn't get it with anything Nintendo!".
Yes, yes, yes, and yes! A Castlevania character and Megaman would be EPIC!! And, Ryu or Ken would be cool too. :)
FF VII is probably the best of the Final Fantasy Series, if not the best for the PS1. I agree with the guy who said that since the SNES on down to today was the golden age of "final fantasy" not the golden age of gaming. As for the golden age of gaming...well everyone has their own opinion. Us old farts will say the 70's or 80's with Atari and Nintendo. For me that's true. All of you youngsters can say that now is the golden age because of how far technology has com...
What do you mean "would have"? The Wii U isn't even out yet and your already predicting that they "would" have been. There's a ton of time between now and when Wii U comes out and even after that. Who knows? Nintendo might actually get smart and try and back Rare back from Microsoft or make some kind of deal? Of course I know I will get a ton of disagrees for that statement but a guy can dream right? :)
Again, that was post-launch.
The actual launch went fairly well in all areas.
This is in replay to GameTavern who said that earlier a few posts back. "Post" means after. They screwed up at launch not after, not in between, but "at" by pricing it too high at $250.00 and that was the point I was originally trying to make. Yes, I know it did very well in Japan and other areas but as far as North America is concerned Iwata said they really screwed ...
Actually it was a failure. Satoru Iwata, President of Nintendo Japan, had to almost cut his salary in half because of the mistake they made pricing it at $250.00 at launch. Then they tried to make it up to "suckers" like me by giving us free downloads of NES and GBA games. The launch line up wasn't too great either. I think the big N will learn from their mistake they made with the 3DS.
What's funny is that the headline makes it sound like both events were intertwined and they weren't at all. They just both happened to be on the same weekend. Poor Notch. Poor, poor, poor, little Notch. :( lol
I know Minecraft is an "everyone" game but mostly kid friendly so that's pretty disgusting that he would do that at such an event. At least the writer didn't put, "At Crotch's Minecraft party" instead of "At Notch's..." Isn't it Mojang and not Notch?
Because he appeared in games for those platforms as well.
Hah, hah, hah very funny. It was just a rough run at something. That's all. So, it wasn't that "good". I tried at least even though it sucked. LOL. :(
I think a few other people had stories already put on here about that.
It will be most likely on a Tuesday or Wednesday the week of Thanksgiving just like it did back in 2006 with the Wii. Nov 19th, 2006 to be exact. lol Don't ask how I know but I do. Just a major fanboy I guess.
I think some elements of the 3DS mixed with the Vita would make for a great handheld. :)
"On pair?" lol Sorry its the constant editor in me. On "par" right? :)
If history is correct Nintendo usually releases a console during the week of Thanksgiving and its usually the Wednesday or Tuesday of that same week. I remember 100% that back in 2006 the Wii released on Nov. 19th, 2006. I even remember picking it up at midnight from Gamestop and getting up to preorder it at 5 am in September or October. Man, I am a major geek/fanboy. LOL!
Well, but I won't be "wasting" my money on it for ONE game though. Big difference.
Sanguine90, thanks for your comment. I guess sometimes a "sleeper hit" doesn't always appeal to everyone. I do, however, thank you for your comment. And, yes, I"m a Big N "fan boy" or whatever. I really don't have a "problem" with it being on the Vita...it would just be nice for Nintendo to get a little "love" again from the dev's. And, I am really not ready to buy a Vita and waste money just to play one game. It's rather sad ...
Great job on this story man. I totally agree with your reasons.
Since when is Super Mario U a "hardcore" game? Rated E is not "hardcore"
