I don't buy this. Why KZ:SF is 30FPS? Why BF4 can't achieve 1080p? Why Thief 4 is also capped at 30FPS?

Steam has done DRM right. Lots of freedom and you get to keep your games if the service fails.
Not really. Try activating Steam with no internet connection, it will tell you to check your connection or go straight to Offline Mode.

I'm also going with AMD in my next upgrade. Seeing how it's so cool to hate Nvidia on N4G and since they're also going to be inside the PS4, they're automatically better.
