He did not say it would look like the 360/ps3,he just said it would look closer to those than that of ps4/xbox one. It will probably look a little sharper than the last gen version but will still look pretty bad compared to pc or current gen.
Expect pc and ps4 build to be similar,sure the view distance and textures might look a little sharper,other than that it will be the same.

No,you know those fancy tec demos for UE3?Yea none of the games looked as good as that because of last gen,but now theres next gen and they can utilize unrealengine3 and make games that actually look like the tec demo,I have seen no game to utilize UE3 Yet. It will easily look next gen with UE3,so why spend money on the newest version when UE3 can look better than the games coming out this year and next year.
