I just bought it for myself! The 4 pack is 30 bucks!!!
Awesome! Congrats Ironstar!
Ya, this is one of the biggest graphical changes I've ever seen from alpha to beta. Congrats on that Square. And ya, I'm still a tad worried about the combat, but we shall see.
I must say. Right now I'm not thrilled about the new look at all, but I trust that Sucker Punch has a good reason to change him beyond the "he'll be more popular reason."
Also, since they are hearing so much backlash for it, they do still have time to alter it if they want to.
I'll have to check this out. It's either this or The Shoot.
Exactly! This game came out of nowhere to really surprise me. Everyone should try it out eventually. It really has the Guitar Hero vibe.
Ditto!
Insomniac always puts out great podcasts. I'm really loving the Retrospective series, as well. They give you great insight into the games.
Thanks, bro! More to come soon!
I am not ashamed to say that this and Dead Nation assaulted an hour of my E3 time.
I was only comparing the Move titles that I played. Killzone 3 was not playable with the Move yet.
Unfortunately, I did not get to try out Sorcery.
Ya, I was honestly shocked by how good it was. Even the graphics are well done, lol!
Sorry, I could not help myself >.<
@jmare
I'm sorry that you feel that way, but how was any of that narcissistic? I think you confused passion with narcissism. God forbid I get excited over anything. I forgot that I have to inject negativity in everything I do in order to appear mature.
And, yes, it's not a perfectly structured argument. That is the point of Reaction Time. I give my immediate reaction to things. SO, sometimes I am excited when I do it. That's the passion com...
@raztad
Oh, I totally agree. We won't see this tech be put on a large screen for years. However, I'm just saying that when people see this, they will see the possibility of glassesless 3D. And, honestly, that will be enough for some consumers to want to hold off like 5 years before they plop down some cash to upgrade to something that could be updated very soon. But, yes, it will be a while before it is translated to consumer based TV's.
No, I wouldn't say that. Honestly, I've probably had the same amount of playtime on both systems. I love the PSP because it gives me a more visceral playing experience with titles such as God of War, Ratchet, and Metal Gear. The DS, on the other had, is a more portable system I feel like. The games are more passive and can be played in shorted burst. With the PSP, I generally play that at home.
But, I think I know where you are going with this. The PSP does give...
Haha, you people who say this make me laugh. You haven't even gone hands-on with the device, but you trust your own opinion over mine simply based on my age. And that's fine. Your opinion is your opinion. Just know that unless there is a major problem that can't be detected without prolonged usage (such as as massive eye-strain, etc) then the 3DS is going to be hugely popular and important. And that's just not my opinion. That's was the general consensus on the floor...
Ya, but it's not the future. I just wanted to make sure that people realized that they might be disappointed int the visual quality and clarity of the first few titles. And, of course it will improved later one. This build of Killzone 3 3D will look better by the time it comes out.
I was merely pointing out my opinion that the immersion, while great, is not enough right now to overcome the visual distortion.
Great podcast! Keep doin' what ya'll doin'!
