They also would have given a deep single player story. Deeper story period, and better character development. The 2 minute cutscenes and then a multiplayer online match was cheesy and only kept me entertained for about a week. I traded Titanfall in as soon as I played everything about five times each on it the first few days. I wanted to get as much of my money back before it nose dived in value. EA could have done so much more with that title because it had incredible potential.
You are assuming that Nintendo fans do not have children and that their Nintendo parents are not going to share their beloved Nintendo product with them. Your logic works great if there are no future generations.
I am really looking forward to this game. I think it is a breath of fresh air to the Mario Univers and a welcomed new IP. I dont need to beable to do tripple jumps and or shoot fireballs as long as the puzzles are progress well and are fun. If they are, this could be another long standing series for Nintendo.

It needs to be Rygar. Would be nice to see him get a reimage he deserves better than the Wii game a few years ago. They could use his weapons from the Wii version so it isnt another sword and board fighter. Hook shot style maces and things like that. Ubisoft doesnt realize that Wii U sales right now are higher than ever because of Nintendo's loyalty to their customers by producing amazing AAA titles. So far Rayman was so so and Zombi U was great but didnt sell very well as the other ports. Also their ports lack the DLC that XB1 and PS4 versions get. Same goes for Activision titles. I bought my Xbox one a few months ago and I bought it for Titanfall. Oops. They should be allowed to make any game they politely ask to make at this point, IMO. Like Nintendo has done over the years, Shin'en has proven that the wait is worth it because their titles have the best production quality. Let them do Wave Race for the Wii U! It would be $20 or less and would be better than if anyone else did it.

That is a terrible idea. The thumbsticks dont push in and it makes several games play very awkward
Good thing about that is that you can pick it up for like 10 bucks now at some used game stores lol.
