Yeah an Animal crossing would be cool. A paper Mario would have been cool too. Those unfortunately seem to be Series that they are moving to the mobile market.

It isn't like the system is still 300. You can get bundles that come with two games all over the states still. That is essentially two free games valued at around $100 or it can be like you are paying $200 for the system and $100 for two games. Either way it is a bit of a misrepresentation to claim that the Wii U is still 300.

Wasn't necessarily meaning to personally attack anyone. The guy said the Wii U isn't worth it for one game. Well it obviously has many many more gems for it than he realizes because if it isn't worth it now then NX with only a couple wouldn't be worth it by those same standards. That was my point. If you won't buy a Wii U for the price it is with the incredible bundles they have and awesome first party log, why would you buy a new system that is unproven for more money with zero games in its log? The difference is that Nintendo has much higher standards when it comes to telling the truth to their customers than Sony or Squar ever will or have.
Even if it only released on the Wii U, which I don't think it will at this point, it will sell like mad. Terrible idea. Ilets say they did that, released a physical copy of the game that is missing the single player, and years later someone buys a used it For a console that is now old, how would that person get the single player version if the servers aren't active anymore.

The article isn't about sales. Besides the other two comments are right. The quality is what is important. Wii U has quality exclusives with tons of included content and a lot of free DLC. and on that note each of this games you listed sold way over a million copies or even two million copies.

Uh no! We don't "all know" it isn't gods gift to shooters because we can't get a copy right now. Do you own it and a Wii U? The only problem with the "crap" theory is that it is rated well on the Nintendo Eshop. The Eshop is notorious for being relatively brutal when it comes to truthful ratings. Mario tennis and Mario Party are both rated worse on the Eshop than Devils Third. It may not be crap a game. I think this could be an interesting concept, not really the design of this patent, for a new controller. The dual screen has been very helpful for years starting with the DS and now the 3DS. Just picked it up yesterday and it is as good as I hoped. I am loving it so far. By far the biggest game I have played and will be one I keep for a long time.

Your statement is direct proof that all of my previous comments in this discussion are %100 accurate. A disappointing game can still be successful. A successful game is not a "flop" people bash COD games all the time. Was Ghosts a disappointment. In my opinion it definitely was. But it sold millions of copies. I agree. This is not a flop list. It is a disappointment list. The author is somewhat ignorant to the proper terminology and created a confusing article. Should not have flop in the title because most of these games had respectable numbers for the most part.

But the GC had a full lifespan as far as Nintendo is concerned. Also it isn't like every other major console developer doesn't do the same thing with games.
