its a win win situation for sony as they hold a large chunk of stock in squareenix. M$ pays for timed exclusive money goes in sonys pocket. then later they get the game and more money goes to sony.

360 may be getting alot of games but they ones coming to sonys machine are innovative. Thats why M$ is adding hdmi and motion sensing to the 360 now playing catch up. But back on topic sony has got the games coming and they look better than what the 360 has to offer ala "killzone2, Afrika, LBP" good things take time to make.
i wish everyone would quit crying about this! As a strong sony supporter i say its a good thing that these games will reach a bigger audience. I know that they will be on the PS3 later so I am ok. Besides SquareEnix would not turn its back on japan they just want to reach more people which would be the west where the 360 is favored. It only makes sense in business terms.
I have to give M$ credit, but as myself and many other people know square will not let its target audience set on the back burner. expect to hear these announced at E3

at least DBZ on the ps3 Is mopping the floor with the AAA exclusive NG2. Not to mention it murdered the 360 version of the game. I pity M$.
im sure it will have english on it so i will just import it. thats why i love this region free stuff that sony does now.
edit: play asia has an asian version listed and all asian version of the games support english text and voice over.

1.communication- yes for multiplayer, but when most play a single player they dont wanna talk to someone else.
2.custom soundtracks- maybe but not with all games
3.media center- better at it than 360
4.voice chat- same as #1
5.port config- last i checked i didnt have to adjust anything to play or host a game online
6.hdd installs- its more of a benifit than anything. go play mass effect and watch those textures load.
