That's pretty cool lol, I used to collect guides too, but now I've stopped for the most part. If I do buy a guide it's usually for a Nintendo or Rockstar game. I used to buy collector's editions for each game I would buy, but I stopped that too. same with the guides i only buy CE's for Nintendo or Rockstar games. I wish the guides would go back to including little extras like a PS4 theme and stuff like that. It gave a little bit more incentive to buy the guides.
Because R* doesn't have to, we know their pedigree. Plus more companies need to take that approach and show a bunch of stuff before launch, let us be surprised.
Horizon was boring as crap, screw what you're talking about.
On any other occasion I would agree with you, BUT i'm a big fan of R*, so I always get the collectors edition to whatever they put out. Any other series besides R* games and the legend of zelda series, I just buy the regular game,
@NateBoy he meant RIP to my wallet, i believe.
I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS GAME!!!
Can't wait I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition and collector's box for RDR2.
Uhhh, those people are the people who have been buying R* games in the millions before they started adding online into their games. Such a dumb comment to make.
R* literally wasted all the development time on building that world just to do online stuff. I like the online, but why even create a world as expansive as GTA V was if you weren't going to expand more narrative driven stuff that actually uses the world itself? Literally all we got is the main campaign and that was it, not to mention the fact that GTA IV had more missions than GTA V did.
I definitely do NOT recommend this at all. The switch was my only system that i've owned since christmas, had to sell the PS4 for certain reasons, nevertheless actually attempting to use the Switch as your main console is a no-go especially if you like all the third party games that the PS4 offers and that the switch doesn't. DOOM was one of the shining examples that made me push to get another PS4 as soon as possible, I literally could not play that version of that game, it is so ham...
there is just so much more variety in comparison to what the PS3 had and I loved the PS3. Though I will say it does have a lot to do with the fact that many PlayStation 3 titles that were either delayed constantly, in development hell or not being localized. We look at this generation it's a complete 180.
I don't think people realize just how big of a seller that spider-man is going to be, that shit is gonna literally push so many consoles.
I mean we already knew that the ps5 was a definite
I'm just gonna be honest, all that aside, the game just looks pretty. When I saw the gameplay there really wasn't anything else interesting outside of the graphics.
Story will probably be better considering its being developed by eidos montreal, but with saying that, this game needs more time to cook, cause it definitely looks like it needs work, especially in the animations department.
Can't lie what Microsoft has accomplished with their Backwards Compatibility program is really astounding, the fact that games are able to be played from two previous generations, with significant improvements in terms of graphical fidelity, resolution and framerate is nothing short of amazing, plus if you own the games they feature for this program it's great update with no charge added.
Man those were the days. Edition back then usually came with cool shit for a fair price like, a different cover, nice tin box or steelbook, had a behind the scenes making of documentary, etc. Hell one of my favorite ones was the DMC4 collector's edition. The game had a slipcase and steelbook, but the steelbook and slipcase were designed to point where each cover on the steel could be used as the front art and it came with a making of dvd and the first four episodes to the devil may cry an...
I agree, publisher store is always the best route to go with these editions. Currently the only CE I have pre-order this year is the Dragon Quest XI, Edition of Lost Time. Thing comes with a "full" CD soundtrack, an "actual" artbook not one of those crap mini artbooks, a steelbook (i'm hoping it's glossy and not matte finish), cloth map and the game which has a reversible cover with the japanese artwork.
Starting to notice that many collector's edition are starting to go the "Exclusive to" route, which I gotta say i'm not surprised. People are finally starting to see just how much of a waste of money many of these things are. Plus it's a known fact Capcom CE's are complete garbage, I don't even have to go into detail.
he did apologize, what are you talking about?
