What is 'Tarkov style'?
It remains to be seen in practice what will happen with Bungie games exclusivity. However they both seem adamant that the games will remain multiplatform. Whether that still includes Xbox who knows.
We will still have to see what happens with Activision. But it sucks that developers are being bought out and just locked to platforms.
With this kinda future I have one foot out the door already. I don't want any part of the all subscriptions future, wh...
It might be because it's been a while, but if i recall I didn't really feel the RPG elements all that much, or anything meaningful. Maybe it's just me
Or just rich yourself?
People are correct that outsourcing is a common theme for studios working on games, but those are usually support studios and not studios known for making games.
However, Crystal Dynamics is a massive name and studio known for making their own games, so why them and not some other support studio and why is Crystal Dynamics using these resources to just work on their own game.
It seems strange.
It's an 'AA game' and 'didn't cost much to develop'. That's what I think as well and why I haven't bought it so far despite it being my most anticipated PS5 game so far.
I think it's disgusting and greedy to have put that price on this game.
@S2Killinit
You're right. They'll be holding for more. I don't think most will want to pay the £70, I hope it doesn't last and they just drop the RRP.
Especially games like Returnal, you just know that doesn't have a massive budget like other AAAs like the Last of Us, Spider-Man or God of War. You can argue a price hike for those but not something like Returnal imho.
You've missed the point. The point is to not sit and praise Microsoft for some things you are predicting, where they have yet to prove themselves. Basically, enough of the talk and just let things speak for themselves.
Is it just me that prefers the old pixel art style to the new 3D style in these more recent pokemon games? Just feels nicer imo, but the newer art style feels more generic and bit bland.
But they are nothing like the prices that US users can pay. The maximum discounts I've seen are 10-20% and thats from a RRP price which I could swear is more than the price in the US. £49.99 ≈ $68.39.
Also not happy with the price hikes for games on the PS5. They can expect me not to buy games day 1 when I finally get a PS5, and to wait for heavy price drops, because if the prices are making me wait I might as well wait all the way.
I swear there's always good cheap prices for US folk, but nothing for us here in the UK. Really sucks.
That jiggle tho. Oooft.
Nah bro. Allow me. It's my birthday.

I guess they are trying to say that the web slinging was limited in how fast you could go, couldn't go as fast because of the loading. With the SSD it shouldn't be as much of an issue. I'm pretty sure that's why there is a video demonstration using the game and the world loading in, the the effect the SSD has.

Which is bs because so many games with only single player games, with the SP aspect the only component, are booming. Hell, it's Sony's whole first party output for the most part this gen, single player only games. God of War, Spiderman, Horizon, Last of Us part 2, Days gone. All great games, and great successes. Yes, even Days Gone is a great game.
Don't forget Xbox. Was it Phil Spencer that said it?
Edit: No wait. He just said they don't have the same impact as they once did. But still undermining them.
Ubisoft's games, Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, etc. these days are as soulless as they come. Ubisoft is the most soulless company, trying to be under the guise of the good gaming company, which has worn off completely by now.
Shout out Edinburgh. Always good to see your places getting recognised. Same with Edinburgh in Forza Horizon. Arthur Seat and all that.
I think that the Cyberpunk review scores say more about reviewers and the gaming media than the game itself.
