I know what you mean-God of war 3 set the bar so high for the series that most reviews are rating it lower, but from what I've seen I dont think the game should be a 7, does that mean even god of war C.O.O, 1, G.O.S and 2 are better games than ascension? Even if it has a more improved combat system, a 9 to 11 hour campaign, an epic multiplayer with freakin COOP and has the best graphics in the entire series?

What are you kidding me?! I own both consoles but its clear you havent playyed any ps3 exclusives because Uncharted 3, God of War 3, Heavy rain, metal gear solid 4, etc. have way better graphics than Gears of war 3, halo 3/reach, etc. GT5 is better than Forza4 graphically...

Yeah I got the game and I slowly got into enjoying it like I slowly got used to liking RE4 and 5 with the controls and gameplay, it isnt all too bad, I guess we all have different tastes..

Playyed it and finished Chris's campaign last night, I think it was pretty good, there is action, a lot, but there was also chapter 4 which kind of freaked me a little-it had HORROR/THRILLING moments (Well to me lol)! It took me about 7 and 1/2 hours to complete and all chapters had something new to bring which was surprising (Example-Spoiler: You get to fly a jet, etc). Its better than RE5, but it took a while for me to get used to the controls and the damn camera, but those were easy to...

Factually though, it does come down to what YOU really think of the game, we can rely on the critics with similar tastes in gaming genres, but no two people can agree on everything without one disagreeing. I know its your opinion, But I think God of war Ascension deserves to be just as big on the exclusivity relevance as the god of war 3 and the god of war series are responsible for around 21 million sales, god of war 3 selling 5mil on its own-making the series one of the most sold ps3 exclusives. But thats just my point of view and with the games you referred to I havent heard of a Ni No Kuni before? But oh well
